As we discussed at locuraviajes, there are lots of webcams located throughout the world that allow us to see what is happening in these places in real time. The one we spoke today is located in a nature reserve in Kenya, particularly in the pond Norco. This pond is the only one there for miles around, so it is possible to see animals on quenching their thirst with regularity.

The camera is connected 24 hours a day, and when an animal comes to drink starts zooming. Animals are not forced to go to drink on its own will only go when they want, so sometimes it should be a little patient.

The variety of landscapes and hiking, architecture, food, the weather … all I’ll hang in locuraviajes bog. But as we have something to start, I chose one of the undisputed stars of the break in Tenerife: Tide view.

No matter the plan you go: family, friends, relaxing on a beach … if you take a day to make this trip, you will be losing one of the wonders of this wonderful island.

If you decide to go on organized tour, you will not have to worry about anything: a “bus” with more passengers will take you to key sites, usually starting in the South or if you stay in Puerto de la Cruz, La Ortega.

But if you decide to rent a car, our advice is doing not hesitate to explore the island by mountain axis: starting from La Esperanza (near town of La Laguna) and continuing along the road that takes you to the National Park of Las Canada’s del Tide. So you go through different landscapes as you go uphill, see the sea of clouds and how it enters the woods, and have the opportunity to see the north and south about the same time.

Tenerife map with route in yellow

For the return you’ll have three main options: the south, coming to the Cliffs of the Giants, for the North, down the Ortega, and return the way you came.

Tiananmen Square in Beijing (Beijing) is the world’s largest square with an area of 40 hectares. Located in the center of the Chinese capital is a symbol for the country and the communist regime, since its construction was made after the coming to power of the regime of Mao Zedong, when large buildings were demolished to make room for the plaza.

The reason for such construction was to have a large public space where popular demonstrations. In fact, during the popular revolution Mao Zedong presided over parades in this vast desert paved with up to one million people. In 1976, the same amount of people packed the square to the late leader Dep Ed.

Snowflake place holders of every newspaper in the world when in 1989 the tanks and soldiers suppressed all who expressed support for democracy. Student revolt that we will remain etched in the minds by the image of a young student facing down the tanks of the army.

Normally there are many people walking, children flying kites and a large number of street vendors of refreshments for tourists.

The northern part, the square is bordered by the emperor’s Forbidden City, while in the middle of it we can see the monument to the People’s Heroes, with an enrollment of Chairman Mao, which says “the people’s heroes are immortal.

Inman during their stay in an NGO in Kenya had the opportunity to try a lot of typical dishes, including the typical food of Uganda, the Mattock.

The Mattock is a kind of dough made with green plantains boiled, mixed with chopped garlic, onions, peppers and meat. All this is stirred and served with a sort of chopped peanut sauce, which though apparently not part of what is “Mattock” if often used in other dishes to accompany the meat. Some research online I found this recipe for Mattock for those who wish to prepare

Ingredients

- Eight to ten plantains

- Juice of one lemon (optional)

- Frying oil

- One onion, chopped

- Two or three tomatoes, chopped (or canned whole tomatoes)

- A green pepper

- Three or four garlic, crushed

- An African or Jamaican pepper, chopped (optional)

- Salt and red pepper

- Half a kilo of minced meat or stew meat into small pieces (optional)

- Two cups of beef broth or beef stock

Preparation

-Peel the bananas, cut into cubes, and sprinkle with lemon juice.

-Heat oil in large saucepan. Sautee the onions, tomatoes, green pepper, hot pepper and garlic together. Add the desired species. Add broth. Continue frying and stirring until meat is done almost or until the broth is beginning to boil.

- Reduce heat. Add bananas. Cover and simmer until the bananas are tender and the meat done.

The Interracial ticket can be purchased in different forms. There are only one or two areas and the overall bill. Each zone includes several countries. The area has a validity of 16 days, the two parts of 22 days and finally the global allows you to travel around Europe for a month. The zones are areas that include a number of countries:

This year we were fortunate to travel to Kenya. One of the activities we did during our trip was a safari, where we had the opportunity to visit the Misaim Mara reserve. In addition to the incredible number of animals, all different you can see, we also visited a Misaim village.

The truth is that the situation is rather curious. When you arrive you get the village chief, and that’s when you negotiate with him, the entrance fee to visit your village. After negotiating the price, you get sent to a Massey boy, about girl, who speaks English and is going to be to tell you things from their village.

Although Masses live in villages, in the midst of National Park Reserve, ultimately it is common to send their children to school, to learn English among other things, is why the guy who was with us he could communicate to perfection.

So nothing here began our visit to the village. We saw many houses made of mud and cow dung, the villagers; we got into some of their houses and told us how they live. The Masses usually drink much milk, and also the famous blood of one of the many cows they have. In fact, the more cows are, richer and more children are considered can have.

A curious thing is the impact that you get to see a kid about your age, speaking to the culture of his people: Polygamy, machismo, clitori dectomy and circumcision … and your there six feet but a world of cultural difference.

Okay here we leave some pictures of what was the visit to the village. With a hint of dance by Massey I included.

Burj Dubai or Burj El Halifax is a skyscraper that is located in Downtown Burj Dubai district of the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the tallest structure built by man. The Burj Dubai became the 818 meters from ground level to the tip of the antenna. This colossus of Dubai was built at an estimated cost of one thousand five hundred million dollars.

The creator of the phenomenal growth of Dubai, its ruler, Sheiks Mohamed Ben Reached Al-Maktoum, created the world’s tallest skyscraper in its efforts to maintain the emirate as a tourist and business center despite the recent fluctuations.

Just at the opening, with fireworks, it was revealed the best kept secret of the brand new building, its height of 818 meters, higher than Taipei 101 (Taiwan, 509.2 meters), Patrons (Malaysia, 452) and the Empire State (U.S. 381).

According to sources in the United Arab Emirates, one of seven city-states which is Dubai, the tower has 169 floors. 49 of them for offices, 44 apartments and 57 thousand lifts, a luxury hotel, several pools and a mosque, the highest in the world in its level 158. It is shaped like an inverted, and its construction is not stopped by the crisis.

For the construction of Burj Dubai , it took about 330 thousand cubic meters of concrete and 31 000 400 tons of steel, and its steep rise it can be seen at a distance of 95 kilometers.

Recently, the adventure travel trip (and sport) in southern Chile, known as the Aysen Glacier Trail, has been named among the finest in the world.

The trekking circuit, leaves from Puerto Bertrand, and is for many one of the best adventures to undertake in Patagonia, crossing desolate landscapes and stunning, with huge glaciers and ice fields in an area that has rarely been explored (see also a trip among icebergs in Laguna San Rafael). So much so, that still some mysteries of the region to lose sleep scientists, trying for example, investigate the reasons for the disappearance of a lake with millions of gallons of water as if he had “evaporated overnight”.

But outside the scientific dilemmas, any tourists in minimum physical conditions may be added to itineraries of adventure tourism companies with specialized guides undertaken by the Aysen Glacier Trail. The landscapes will be going every day with a variety and beauty that will leave us stunned: the northern ice fields, grasslands, forests, valleys, and every night, a stop at camping areas or shelters to rest from the long walks. The sunsets, when the sun appears to stand them off with the magical colors of the glaciers, are unrepeatable elsewhere.

All the way with us the cold, and of course our own luggage, so that personal effort is the rule. But all are rewarded with abundant food and unforgettable landscapes: the N eff glacier, L ago Cologne, ravines Hoop Earrings, Lagoon Mirrors. The company responsible for carrying out the adventures in the circuit of the Aysen Glacier Trail is Patagonia Adventure Expedition, led by Jonathan Leduc, a kind of legendary explorer and character of the region. It will be an intense way to Patagonia get into more authentic, the one that is accessible only on our own steps and personal effort.

For lovers of water sports there is one more option: the Kite. Born at the beginning of the eighties in France, but since the nineties began broadcasting from the island of Maui, in Hawaii to destinations.

It is a mixture of surfing, windsurfing, wake boarding and paragliding. Discipline that brings out the best in each one of them. Combine the table with the comet to which grabs the kite surfing and generates a speed that can reach 70 km per hour and jump up to 8 meters.

The challenge is to maneuver the kite while keeping the balance in the table, which is smaller than surf allowing sudden movements. It is ideal to have a good instructor to take the first steps, but the advantage according to those who practice it, is that it has little technique that makes it an easy sport to learn.

There are specific places where it is recommended to practice this sport as Spain, Portugal, Hawaii, and the U.S. , the most notable being those of Africa and Oceania. We at Travel Madness we suggest two places for you to try your hand at this sport. One is Praia ad Papa, 80 km south of Natal, Brazil. Amazing place favored by its location in the extreme eastern tip of Brazil. The high season runs from July to February in time to get these!

The accommodation of choice for lovers of this sport is typical inns and bungalows with air conditioning service, refrigerator and TV, but not many more services.

The second proposal is in Burnoose Aries province and the capital of Argentina. There is practice on the Rio de la Plato off the coast of San Isidro, Martinez and Pun-ta Lara. Also in the sea off the coast of the popular seaside resort in the city of Mar Del Plato, Panama and Monte Hermosillo. The accommodation here is varied, you can choose hotels of different categories, fully equipped camping and when treating the Federal capital (the resorts near the Rio de la Plato) the most desirable option is to shelters or hostel, that’s different categories.

Any destination is ideal to get into the adventure of practicing a new sport and even more if it comes to kite surfing, sport full of adrenaline.

The holy places and the great religious centers of all religions have always been attractive, but today we have an offer on religious tourism much more widely than ever. Spain is without doubt one of the pioneers in this regard, to recall the traditional extensive way to Santiago de compositely. But the options go beyond this beloved country and we can find in any destination you like to visit. Here we will give you some options.

In addition to the better-known as the Holy Land, or the shrines of Our Lady of Lourdes and Fatima, have become very popular in Poland pilgrimages visiting temples and places where I lived John Paul I and where he exercised his priesthood.

Many travel agents are tapping the potential of religious tourism, and are rethinking their proposals and turning towards this very promising market niche; Think are an estimated one billion Catholics in the world who practice a greater or lesser As his faith and these must be added to all those who may feel interested in the cultural value of certain places, for his art, tradition and not only by the sensitivity that brings them their faith.

Latin America is a land where they exploit the proposals in this regard, we must remember that since 1492 Condo Christopher Columbus discovered this land we began the evangelization of the same and there was very interesting religious moisture.

In Argentina you have for example the Abbey of the Holy Child, a Benedictine Monastery receiving weekly to hundreds of pilgrims who arrive in search of peace and experiences. 20 are the monks who live at the abbey; you can participate with them in the prayers in the beautiful abbey church and take a guided tour of the premises of the monastery accompanied by specialized guides.

In Mexico, the Virgin of Guadalupe always calls us his interesting tradition. In Brazil, the National Shrine of Our Lady Parricide, who served as Pius XI declared patroness of Brazil, and Pope John Paul It’s Basilica, to visit the July 4, 1980.

These are some of the options that you can take into account, but remember that in almost any destination you choose for your vacation is the religious niche that will bring a new vision of the resort of your choice.
